Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Elagabalus, seen from behind vis-à-vis diademed and draped bust of Maesi, seen from the front / Hygieia standing facing, head right, feeding from patera a serpent held in her arms right; retrograde E (mark of value) to left.
